Your Itinerary

A glimpse into your day-to-day on the retreat

DAY 1

Arrival

Your adventure begins as you arrive at Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. After settling in, we’ll ease into the retreat with a gentle yoga and meditation session right by the falls, allowing you to connect with the natural beauty of the surroundings.

DAY 2

Discover Chobe National Park

Begin your day with an energizing yoga flow before heading to Botswana. Enjoy an exciting boat cruise and game drive in Chobe National Park before settling down at Munga Plains for the evening.

In the evening, we'll come together for a meditation and intention setting for the week ahead to relax and unwind under the African sky.

DAY 3

Horseback Safari

We begin the day with a peaceful sunrise meditation and yoga, grounding ourselves in the early morning. You'll have the late morning to relax and enjoy Munga Plains by swimming in the pool, reading, journaling, etc.

In the afternoon, we'll head out on a horseback safari through the African landscape. In the evening, we gather around the bonfire to share stories and experiences from the day.

DAY 4

Safari & Night Drive

Our day begins with a sunrise morning meditation to center the mind and body. After a light breakfast, we move into a vinyasa yoga flow to get into our bodies and move.

After lunch, enjoy a relaxed afternoon with time for rest or personal exploration. The evening brings a delicious dinner and a magical night drive, offering a new perspective on the region’s wildlife.

DAY 5

Honor Local Traditions

Start the day with a yoga session and meditation. We'll then take a guided village tour with the Basubiya people, followed by dances and a boma traditional dinner around the fire pit.

DAY 6

Roam The Wild

After breakfast, embark on a thrilling safari adventure in Chobe National Park, home to the highest concentration of elephants in the world. Encounter diverse wildlife, from majestic lions and stealthy leopards to powerful buffalos and graceful giraffes.

In the afternoon, finish your week's journey with a closing yoga practice and meditation all together.

DAY 7

Departure

Check out and drive back to Victoria Falls through Chobe National Park.

Your teacher + host

Hi there, I’m Kait! I’ve always believed that life feels the best when it’s lived with intention, whether that’s chasing outdoor adventures, traveling to new places, or simply making space each day to connect with myself. Moving my body and checking in with my mind are what keep me grounded, energized, and excited to take on everything life brings.

That’s really why I started Revitalize. I wanted to create a space where women can come together, move, sweat, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels empowering and fun. For me, it’s not just about the workout — it’s about walking away feeling stronger, lighter, and more alive.

My classes are high-energy yet grounding, playful but intentional, and they’ll leave you sweaty in the best way. Most importantly, they’re about community — showing up for yourself while also being surrounded by supportive women on the same journey. I can’t wait to move and grow with you!
